The situation
The sales force — sellers who serve the end customer but are distributed across an external network — needed easy access to material the company was already producing: catalogs, comparison charts, spec sheets, visual aids.
The material existed, but it was scattered across different places and formats.
At the moment of sale, sellers answered from memory or hunted for information on the fly, and quality depended on whichever seller happened to be helping.
What I built
A conversational AI agent the seller can talk to directly.
The agent serves back the curated material the company had already prepared: answers to frequent questions, visual aids to show the customer, comparison charts, step-by-step processes.
Company knowledge becomes available to the seller at the exact moment of the sale, in ready-to-use format.
What happened
The system is in production, running on the client’s infrastructure, with a corpus that updates itself from their internal sources several times a week.
Leadership gains control over what information reaches the sales force, in what format, and with what consistency. Before, the message depended on whichever seller was on shift; now the company defines it in one place and distributes it at the exact point of sale.
One message, defined once, reaches every point of sale.
